My name is Vanessa Low and I am a licensed massage therapist. I graduated in 2010 from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York. I worked as a massage therapist there for eight years prior to my move to North Carolina to be closer to my family.

Swedish Massage- 60mins $80
A manual therapy that emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions to encourage proper circulations and encourages relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage- 60mins $90
Centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body. Through slow strokes and deep pressure on the tense area.
Sports Massage- 60mins $90
A manual manipulation of the muscles, geared specifically towards helping people with physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. This type of therapy is more focused on certain areas of the body, it loosens muscle knots, improves blood flow, and prevents lactic acid buildup.
Pre-Natal Massage- 60mins $85
Therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the changes of pregnancy. It enhances the muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and, relieves mental and physical body fatigue.
Express Target Massage- 30mins $45
For those with limited time, get a customized massage to target the area of your choice. Relief from a stiff neck, lower back pain, or maybe zoned on your legs, this treatment is designed to treat specific problem areas within a short time.
